Madisonville-North Hopkins’ Carmon Todd took medalist honors Monday afternoon as golfers from Madisonville-North Hopkins, Hopkins County Central, and Dawson Springs took to the course at the Madisonville Country Club in advance of next week’s regional golf tournament.
There was no team competition for the afternoon as Madisonville-North Hopkins was the only school to have enough players to take part.
Carmon Todd finished her round with a 47. That was one shot ahead of her teammate Harper Frizzell, who finished with a 48. Macy Cotton, of Hopkins County Central finished 3rd with a round of 50.
