This week’s Jersey Mike’s ‘Player of the Game’ for the week of September 9 is Fort Campbell High School’s J.P. Perryman. J.P. was selected based on his performance on the football field in the Falcons’ big 41-40 win over the Madisonville-North Hopkins Maroons on September 13, one of the biggest upsets this season in Kentucky high school football.

J.P. had an incredible night for the Falcons, accounting for five touchdowns on the night. He was 10 of 24 through the air for 206 yards and three touchdown passes, including the game-winner.

Not only was he exceptional through the air, J.P. was more than a handful for the Madisonville defense on the ground. He finished the game with 20 carries for 144 yards and three touchdowns in leading Fort Campbell to one of the school’s biggest football wins in several years.

The Jersey Mike’s ‘Player of the Game’ is selected each week from one of the five schools in Christian County (Christian County, Hopkinsville, University Heights, Christian County, and Fort Campbell) based on their performance in a big game or event for their team that week.
