Led by Cayden Cline’s Top 15 finish, the Christian County Colonels brought home a Top 10 team finish over the weekend. The Colonels were in Bowling Green to compete in the annual Gatorland cross-country meet at Phil Moore Park.
Christian County ended up with 249 team points, which placed them 9th in the meet. Dickson County was first with 106 points. Greenwood took second place with 121 points, while Hume-Fogg Academic Magnet was third with 181 points.
Cayden Cline was the top finisher for the Colonels, running a time of 17:56.8. That time placed him 9th in the boys’ race. Brody Miller, of Barren County, was first with a time of 16:54.1. Jayden Brooks, of Columbia Academy, finished 2nd, while Ryder Harbaugh, of Butler County, took 3rd place.
