The Madisonville-North Hopkins Maroons appear to be rolling again. Since a four-match losing streak earlier in the season, the Maroons have now won four straight matches and five out six, with their 8-0 win over the Christian County Colonels Tuesday night in Madisonville.

The Maroons took a 3-0 halftime lead on a pair of goals from Logan Terry and a goal from Dru Lile.

Dom Blanford, Dru Lile, and Logan Terry, all had one assist in the opening forty minutes.

Madisonville-North Hopkins added five more goals over the first half of the final forty minutes to close out the match.

Dom Blanford, Reagan Wilson, Dru Lile, Logan Terry, and Eli Redpath, all had second half goals. Redpath’s goal brought the match to an end due to the 8-goal rule.

Logan Terry assisted on Redpath’s goal and with that assist became the all-time assist leader in Maroon soccer history.

Madisonville-North Hopkins (11-6-1) is now off until Monday when they go on the road to take on Ohio County.

Christian County (8-6) will try to end a three-match losing streak Thursday on the road against Muhlenberg County.
