Lady Colonels Take 10th Place at Region Tourney (w/PHOTOS)

Christian County finished in 10^th place at Wednesday’s Region 2 Girls’ Golf Tournament hosted by the Pearl Club outside of Owensboro.

Allie Ezell led the Lady Colonels with a round of 115, good for 37^th place, and included a 49 on the front nine.

Alyse Ezell finished in 43^rd place with a 117. Two golfers playing in their first region tournaments were Anslee West (51^st place) and Carter Jane Wilson (55^th place).

It marked the first time in several years that Christian County was able to field a team score at the region tournament.
