The Christian County Colonels put an end to their three-match losing skid Thursday evening. The Colonels traveled up to Muhlenberg County and came away with a 6-0 win over the Mustangs.
The Colonels had entered the night coming off of losses to Henderson, County, Hopkinsville, and Madisonville-North Hopkins.
The win marks the 7th shutout of the season for Christian County.
With the cancellation of this weekend’s Colonels Showcase, the Colonels (9-6) will play their final regular season home match Monday evening at the Stadium of Champions when they host Hopkins County Central.
