The Todd County Central girls’ soccer team suffered its seventh shutout loss of the season on Thursday with an 8-0 defeat on the road at Barren County.
The Lady Rebels slipped to 1-4 all-time against the Trojanettes. They now sit at 4-9-1 ahead of a matchup with Fort Campbell on Monday.
Todd Central had lost all 25 previous meetings in the series with the Lady Falcons before 3-1 and 5-0 victories last year. Fort Campbell topped the Lady Rebels 8-0 in the teams’ first meeting earlier this season.
Barren County improved to 8-6-1 with its fourth-straight victory over Todd County Central.
