Hayden Hunt is among the growing list of year-round athletes.
The University Heights Academy junior is an All-District baseball player in the spring and splits his fall between golf and soccer.
Hunt finished tied for 25th at the Region 2 Golf Tournament on Tuesday in Owensboro, a day that capped a busy stretch. On Saturday, he played in a pair of soccer games for the Blazers in Louisville at the All A Classic State Tournament.
On Monday, he began his round at the region tourney which was suspended due to weather. He returned on Tuesday to finish his round, just missing qualifying for the state first round by three shots. That night, Hunt returned to the soccer field where he and the Blazers wrapped up the top seed in the district with a win over Hopkinsville.
