A continuing struggle to put the ball in the net took a toll on the Christian County Lady Colonels Monday evening. The Lady Colonels were shut out for the fourth time in the last eight matches as they dropped an 8-0 decision on the road at Calloway County.
The loss was the 8th straight for the Lady Colonels.
Addison Jennings, Josey McManus, and Finley Lencki scored two goals each to lead the Lady Lakers to the eight-goal win.
The Lady Colonels had a difficult time getting shots off in the match. Lady Laker goalie Grace Barnes had just one save for the match.
Christian County (1-14-1) is on the road Tuesday night to take on Allen County-Scottsville.
