Webster County served up a 3-0 defeat for visiting Hopkinsville on Monday, beating the Lady Tigers by scores of 25-12, 25-14, and 25-13.
The Lady Trojans won for the sixth time in the last seven of the series to snap a three-game losing streak and improve to 4-7.
Brooke Burton and Chloe Soukup combined for 20 kills to lead Webster County. Kamryn Edens added 19 assists, and Davi Outlaw had seven assists and three aces.
Hopkinsville slipped to 2-18 ahead of a trip to McLean County on Tuesday.
Kyleigh Weber chipped in ten digs for the Lady Tigers, Danaja Wheeler had six, and Madysen Taggart added six digs and two kills.
