The Heritage Christian Academy Lady Warriors have three matches this week before starting district tournament play next week against University Heights Academy in the semifinals.
Senior Mya Goodwin leads the region in kills and is 31st in the state in kills per set in addition to a top 40 ranking in aces. HCA’s last loss came to UHA in five sets on Sept. 30.
Goodwin says the Lady Warriors are doing several things better as they get ready for what some expect to be a wild volleyball postseason.
