The Hopkins County Central Lady Storm opened the final week of the regular season with a positive step. The Lady Storm picked up a three set to none win over the Trigg County Lady Wildcats Monday night in Mortons Gap.
The Lady Storm effort was led by Calajia Mason and Mallory Wagoner with four kills each. Isabella Gunn added three.
Isabel Hight had a strong night at the service line, ending up with 10 service aces. She also had 12 assists and 3 digs.
Hopkins County Central improves to 11-12 on the season. The Lady Storm will finish out the regular season Tuesday night when they host the Hopkinsville Lady Tigers.
Trigg County drops to 1-14 with the loss, which was the Lady Wildcats sixth in a row. Trigg wraps up the regular season on the road Tuesday at Fort Campbell.
