Just a few weeks before the start of her senior basketball season, a member of the Christian County Lady Colonels has announced where she will continue her career at the collegiate level. NeVaeh Day announced Saturday that she would be attending Rend Lake College.
Day nearly averaged a double-double last season. She finished the year putting up 11.2 points and 9.8 rebounds per contest. She helped lead the Lady Colonels to the semifinals of the 2nd Region tournament.
Day has been a part of the Lady Colonel program since her 7th grade year, when she saw action in 10 games for Christian County. She saw action in 14 games during a COVID-shortened season as an 8th grader.
