The Crittenden County Lady Rockets will be making a return trip to the state cross country meet after a third-place finish at the region on Saturday.
The Lady Rockets finish behind region champion Dawson Springs and runner-up Murray in place third with 64 points.
Senior Mary Martinez was the first Lady Rocket across the finish line in fifth place with a time of 23:05 over the 3.1-mile course at Marshall County High School.
Ella Whitney was 12th in 25:26 with Presley Potter finishing in 16th place at 26:30.
Taylor Haire was 23rd in 29:42. Hannah Whitney rounded out the scoring with a 26th-place finish.
