Heritage Christian junior Katie Cansler almost missed the chance to play in this year’s regional championship volleyball game. After suffering a head injury during warmups Tuesday night, she missed the Lady Warriors’ quarterfinal win over Livingston Central.
The good news is that she was cleared to play Wednesday and then played a big part in the championship match for the Lady Warriors. She spoke with YSE after the title win.
