Players named all-region were Brylee Butts of Caldwell County, Skylar Kirby of Christian County, Mya Goodwin of Heritage Christian Academy, Carly Porter of Crittenden County, Dana Curry of Union County, Olivia Oakley of University Heights Academy, Ella Whitledge of Henderson County, Madysen Taggert of Hopkinsville, Katie Cansler of Heritage Christian Academy, Izzy Hight of Hopkins County Central, Rylee Thompson of Caldwell County, Victoria Joiner of Livingston Central, Chloe Soukup of Webster County, Kylee White of Caldwell County, Lilah Sherer of Crittenden County, Olivia Voelkel of Fort Campbell, Evangeline Loffland of Henderson County, Brooke Winstead of Crittenden County, Mackenzie Stoltz of Madisonville-North Hopkins, Leah Moody of Madisonville-North Hopkins, Ashlea Russell of Christian County and Gretchen Durham of University Heights Academy.
