
The Henderson County boys’ swim team took home a third-place finish from the Rick Cohn Invitational at Hopkinsville High School on Saturday.
The Colonels had four individual finishes in the top five.
Max Mays was second in the 200-yard IM (2:25.85) and third in the 100-yard backstroke (1:03.64)
Boone Thompson was second in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:13.69) and fifth in the 50-yard free (24.90)
John Couch was seventh in the 100-yard free (1:00.90) and eighth in the 100-yard backstroke (1:12.66)
Caden Boggess was seventh in the 200-yard free (2:17.35)
Seth Boggess was ninth in the 100-yard free (1:03.07) and 11th in the 50-yard free (27.50)
Jack Logan was 12th in the 50-yard free (27.52)
The 200-yard free relay team of Jack Logan, John Couch, and Seth and Caden Boggess was second in 1:49.05.
The 400-yard free relay team of Max Mays, Caden Boggess, John Couch, and Boone Thompson was third in 3:58.30.
The 200-yard medley relay team of Caden Boggess, Max Mays, Boone Thompson, and Jack Logan came in fifth place in 2:00.69.
Henderson County totaled 38 points to finish 12 points ahead of fourth place Logan County and 35 points behind second place Muhlenberg County.
Bowling Green won the team title with 116 points.
