
The Fort Campbell girls’ swim team produced a fifth-place finish at Saturday’s Rick Cohn Invitational at Hopkinsville High School.
The Lady Falcons had five finishes in the top five and totaled 36 points. They were 12 points behind fourth place Bowling Green and 16 points ahead of sixth place Henderson County.
Muhlenberg County won the team title with 72 points.
Caylee Ford finished second in the 200-yard free (2:17.51) and second in the 100-yard butterfly (1:08.10).
Leanne Archbell was third in the 200-yard IM in 2:43.33 and sixth in the 100-yard backstroke (1:11.45).
Lyla Szody was sixth in the 50-yard free (29.34) and 11th in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:29.31)
Brielle MacDonald was sixth in the 100-yard butterfly (1:35.97) and sixth in the 500-yard free (8:16.57)
Ava Roberts was eighth in the 100-yard free (1:07.55) and 10th in the 100-yard backstroke (1:19.24).
Lydia Weisbrich was ninth in the 50-yard free (30.39) and 10th in the 100-yard free (1:08.74).
Elle Eslinger was 10th in the 200-yard IM (3:16.74) and 13th in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:38.21)
Evelyn Belzer was 11th in the 200-yard free in 2:56.88 and 16th in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:52.24).
Julieann Johnson was 14th in the 100-yard backstroke and 15th in the 50-yard free (33.40)
Molly Sharp was 15th in the 100-yard backstroke (1:26.62) and 18th in the 100-yard free (1:18.66)
The 200-yard medley relay team of Leanne Archbell, Caylee Ford, Lyla Szody, and Ava Roberts finished third in 2:09.43. The same foursome was third in the 400-yard free relay in 4:19.39.
The 200-yard free relay team of Elle Eslinger, Julieann Johnson, Lydia Weisbrich, and Molly Sharp finished in sixth place in 2:13.84.
