Kentucky football beat Murray State at Kroger Field on Saturday, 48-6. While the score might reflect a sound, blowout win for the Wildcats, that wasn’t exactly the case.

It was quite an ugly afternoon of football for Kentucky, which included an early interception from Brock Vandagriff followed by several bad holds by the offensive line against one of worst defenses in the country.

Vandagriff did finish the first half strong with two touchdown passes and was relieved by Cutter Boley in the second half who also threw a pair of touchdowns with Kentucky scoring two more on the ground along with a pair of field goals.

Kentucky heads to Texas next weekend before returning home to host Louisville in their season finale.
