This week’s Jersey Mike’s ‘Player of the Game’ for the week of November 11 is Heritage Christian Academy’s Jason Leek. Jason was selected based on his efforts in the Warriors’ first scrimmage of the preseason on the road against New Covenant.
Jason had a huge night for the Warriors. He finished the scrimmage with 48 points as the Warriors lost a tough battle against New Covenant. Jason finished last season among the state’s top scorers in boys’ basketball and figures to make a strong run toward the top of the scoring list again this season.
The Jersey Mike’s ‘Player of the Game’ is selected each week from one of the five schools in Christian County (Christian County, Hopkinsville, University Heights, Christian County, and Fort Campbell) based on their performance in a big game or event for their team that week.
