Kentucky football saw their eight-year bowl streak officially snapped on Saturday following their 31-14 defeat at No. 3 Texas.
The Longhorns gave UK head coach Mark Stoops and his team fits on both sides of the ball throughout the first half.
Stoops called on Cutter Boley to start the second half and while he didn’t throw a touchdown pass, he led multiple good drives against one of the country’s best defenses.
Boley gave UK a spark they desperately needed and further showed both his team and Big Blue Nation that he has a case to start next weekend when the Wildcats host Louisville in their season finale.
