A good evening Thursday for wrestlers at Fort Campbell High School. The Falcons and Lady Falcons hosted Trigg County and Hopkinsville in a triangular dual meet.
The opening match of the night saw Hopkinsville defeat Trigg County 41-30 in boys’ action. The Falcons then took a 66-15 win over Trigg County before following up with a 62-18 win over Hopkinsville.
On the girls’ side, the Lady Falcons defeated Trigg County 51-18 and Hopkinsville 55-18 in the women’s dual meets. The Trigg County Lady Wildcats earned their first dual meet victory of the season defeating Hopkinsville 30-24.
For Fort Campbell, several wrestlers on both the boys’ and girls’ teams had perfect 2-0 evenings. The Falcon wrestlers who went 2-0 were:
