This week’s Jersey Mike’s ‘Player of the Game’ for the week of December 9 is Christian County High School’s NeVaeh Day. NeVaeh was selected based on her performance in the Lady Colonels’ big 2nd Region road win over the Madisonville-North Hopkins Lady Maroons.
NeVaeh was a force for the Lady Colonels in the win. She finished the night with a double-double of 16 points and 16 rebounds as Christian County picked up a 68-44 win against the Lady Maroons. Through the first six games of the season, she is averaging 17 points and 13 rebounds per game.
The Jersey Mike’s ‘Player of the Game’ is selected each week from one of the five schools in Christian County (Christian County, Hopkinsville, University Heights, Christian County, and Fort Campbell) based on their performance in a big game or event for their team that week.
