This week’s Jersey Mike’s ‘Player of the Game’ for the week of December 16 is Hopkinsville High School’s Jonathan Hart. Jonathan was selected based on his performance in the Tigers’ 2nd Region win over the Webster County Trojans.
He led the Tigers in scoring in the win with 23 points. And, Jonathan was locked in from behind the 3-point line. He knocked down 6 of 10 shots from behind the arc as a part of his 23 point total. Going into the Christmas break, Jonathan is averaging 12.4 points and 2.8 rebounds per game.
The Jersey Mike’s ‘Player of the Game’ is selected each week from one of the five schools in Christian County (Christian County, Hopkinsville, University Heights, Christian County, and Fort Campbell) based on their performance in a big game or event for their team that week.
