The Caldwell County Lady Tiger wrestling team was in action at the Rossview Lady Hawks Invitational in Clarksville on Saturday.
Caldwell’s girls placed 16th out of 37 teams in the event.
Sophie Parrish placed third at 100 pounds. She went 4-1 at that weight class in the tournament. For the season, Parrish is 18-2.
Lady Tiger wrestlers are scheduled to compete this Saturday in the Battle for Independence at Independence High School in Thompson’s Station, Tennessee, just south of Nashville.
