The Christian County Colonels will be heading to Lexington after Christmas to play in the Central Bank Jim Rose Classic hosted by Lexington Christian Academy.
The Colonels (0-9) will play Friday night at eight o’clock against Simon Kenton (4-4). If the Colonels win, they will play the winner of Henry Clay (7-1) and West Jessamine (4-4) on Saturday night at 6.30.
If the Colonels drop their opener, they will play the Henry Clay/West Jessamine loser on Saturday at 3 o’clock.
The three-day, three-game event wraps up Sunday.
