
The Todd County Central Rebels will see some of its toughest competition of the young basketball season this weekend at the BSN Borderline Classic hosted by Whitley County High School.
The Rebels (1-8) will play the host Colonels on Friday evening at 5:30. Whitley County carries an 8-2 record into Friday’s contest. Their losses were to Marion County (6-4) and Clay County (6-3).
They return to the floor Saturday afternoon at 1:45 to play Clay County, coached by Michael Jones, the son of former Clay County coach Mike Jones who coached at Todd County Central in 1990-91 and won 17 games.
The Rebels will wrap up play Sunday at noon against Jeffersontown (5-2).
