Ballard Memorial had its offense rolling Saturday night in Elkton. The Bombers came up with their highest-scoring night of the season as they rumbled past the Todd County Central Rebels 83-40.
Ballard Memorial’s previous high game this season was 77 points in a home win against Hickman County.
For the Rebels(1-13), it marked the 7th straight game with fewer than 50 points. All seven of those games have gone into the loss column for Todd County Central.
Things will not get any easier anytime soon for the Rebels. They are scheduled to host 2nd Region contender Henderson County Tuesday night. The Colonels will roll into Elkton on a four-game winning streak.
Todd County Central’s last game against Henderson County was in December 2019 when the Colonels picked up a 70-50 win.
