After scoring 71 points earlier in the week, with the 68 points Saturday afternoon, the Lady Tigers have had their two highest-scoring games of the season the last two times they have taken to the court.

The two teams played even during the second quarter as Hopkinsville went into the break holding a 36-26 lead.
The Lady Tigers, who at times have had their struggles at the line, used their free throw shooting to help extend the lead in the third quarter. Hopkinsville went 9 of 11 at the stripe as they pushed the lead out to 55-40 heading into the final quarter.
The two teams again played even in the fourth quarter as Hopkinsville diffused any attempt at a late game comeback to take the 15-point win.
