Archers from Madisonville-North Hopkins were at the top of the scoring lists for both boys and girls Saturday. The Maroon and Lady Maroons archers were at Logan County for the Logan County Cougar Winter Shoot-out NASP/IBO 3D Challenge.
On the boys’s side, Madisonville’s Lukas Brewer finished first with a score of 287. Logan County’s Philip Thompson claimed second with a 282.
Other Maroons to finish in the top ten were:
Alex Garrott – 5th place – 276
Riley Peyton – 6th place – 275
Gavin Bunch – 8th place – 267
Aiden Ramsey – 10th place – 264
Madisonville’s Addie Burns was the high scorer in the girls’ shoot with a 282. Haley Henson, of Logan County, was second at 275.

Madelyn Simpson – 4th place – 271
Beyli Deras – 8th place – 265
Iliani Deras – 10th place – 262
