The Dawson Springs Panthers continued their winning streak, notching their sixth consecutive victory with a dominant 87-40 road win against the Crittenden County Rockets.
The Panthers exploded out of the gate in the first quarter, putting up 29 points to take a commanding 29-12 lead. They continued their strong performance in the second quarter, adding another 27 points while holding the Rockets to 12, extending their advantage to 56-24 by halftime.

In a remarkable display of all-around talent, two Dawson Springs players achieved triple-doubles. Montgomery Johnston led the charge with 28 points, 17 rebounds, 10 assists, and 5 steals. Rex Blue also had a stellar night, contributing 24 points, 11 rebounds, 10 assists, and 6 steals. Easton Bourland added to the offensive firepower with 23 points.
With this win, Dawson Springs improves to 13-9 on the season and will travel to Paducah on Saturday to face Community Christian.
Crittenden County remains winless at 0-21. They will look to break their losing streak against Hickman County on Saturday.
