Hopkins County Central led 64-62 with a half-minute to play, but Madisonville-North Hopkins pulled out a 67-64 victory in the semifinal round of the 7th District tournament Monday night in Princeton.
Madisonville will play Dawson Springs for the district championship Thursday night.
