Dawson Springs junior Jaydon Plunkette had 17 points in Monday’s win over Caldwell County in the 7th District semifinals.
That included scoring his 1,000th career points in the first quarter. He now has 1,011 points.
Plunkette and the Panthers will face Madisonville-North Hopkins for the district championship Thursday night.
