  1. FYI, Terrence Neil Hayes a.k.a. Terry Hayes was investigated by the KY Education Professional Standards Board in the spring of 2020 after his resignation at McLean County in March, 2018. The disposition of that case (#1909901) is presented in EPSB minutes of June 15, 2020. Public information, rarely viewed, apparently even by school search committees.School systems are pretty secretive, mostly due to EPSB ethic rules.Open records requests are often required.
