Madisonville-North Hopkins won the region championship in 2020 but last played in the Sweet 16 in 2019 after the COVID shutdown cost the Maroons the chance to play at Rupp Arena five years ago.
Tuesday night, the Maroons play Henderson County for the region title and a chance at a return trip to Rupp Arena. Coach Caleb Nelson previews the title game and recaps his team’s earlier win over the Colonels.
