A week into the baseball season and the top of the 2nd Region Coaches Baseball Poll looks pretty much as you expect it might. The poll was released Monday morning.
Lyon County, even with a weekend loss to University Heights, is at the top of the poll. The Blazers and the Hopkinsville Tigers, who lost a close game in the opening week to the Lyons, are tied for second.
