The Hopkinsville girls’ track and field team came in 10th place at the season-opening Muhlenberg County Invitational on Saturday.
Lauren Mayes came in third place in the 3200-meter run in 12:31.01.
Alexis Herrera-Lovato came in sixth in the 800 meters in 2:50.11.
Ollia Dixon came in seventh place in the 100-meter hurdles in 19.41 seconds and 13th place in the 100-meter dash in 14.38 seconds.
Leilani Esteban came in eighth place in the 300-meter hurdles in 1:02.38 and 10th place in the 100-meter hurdles in 21.79 seconds.
A’lreona Spikes finished in 13th place in the 200-meter dash in 30.05 seconds.
Rebecca Wood was 15th in the 1600 meters in 7:40.70.
Heaven McCullough came in 16th place in the 400 meters in 1:15.78.
NaiKeyri Coleman came in 17th place in the 200-meter dash in 31.46 seconds.
Jayla Brunson finished 18th in the 200 meters in 31.63 seconds.
Kaniya Jackson Grundy finished sixth in the 300-meter hurdles in 58.85 seconds and was 18th in the 100-meter dash in 15.14 seconds.
Leaunna Wilkerson finished eighth in the 100-meter hurdles in 20.97 seconds and was 20th in the 400-meter dash in 1:16.70. She also took 15th place in the long jump at 11-9.
SauKuuipo Esteban came in 27th place in the 100 meters in 16.30 seconds.
Jashyah Sharber came in 28th place in the 400-meter dash in 1:22.12.
Amani Pizana finished 35th in the 400-meter dash in 1:43.98. In the field events, she was 19th in the long jump at 11-2.75.
In the relays, the 3200-meter team was seventh in 12:22.53; the 400-meter team was eighth in 56.52 seconds; the 1600-meter team was eighth in 5:02.91; and the 800-meter team was ninth in 2:01.82.
In the jumps, Zoey Thomas finished in 20th place at 11-1.5.
Catori Wilson was 24th in the long jump at 9-8.
Talaijha Cherry was eighth in the shot put at 24-4.5 and was 10th in the discus throw at 64-2.
Malaih Miller was seventh in the shot put at 24-9.5 and was 16th in the discus throw at 51-7.
