Lady Colonels Open Track Season at Muhlenberg County

The Christian County Lady Colonels track and field team came in 16^th place at the season-opening Muhlenberg County Invitational on Saturday.

Symeria Brown came in third place in the 400-meter dash in 1:08.93 and seventh place in the 100-meter dash in 28.65 seconds.

Aaliyah Bell was ninth in the 400-meter dash in 1:12.94 and 16^th in the 800-meter dash in 2:58.50.

Kaliyah Leavell came in 11^th place in the discus throw at 62-6 and was 12^th in the long jump at 12-8.25.

Aubree Cline finished 18^th in the 1600-meter run in 8:00.78.

Alyssa Mase was 20^th in the 1600-meter run in 9:27.74.

Jaseyonia Wilfong came in 34^th place in the 800-meter run in 3:33.92.

Kanijaia Stewart finished 35^th in the 800-meter run in 4:10.38.

In the relays, the 800-meter team was seventh in 2:01.41; the 400-meter team was ninth in 57.31 seconds; and the 1600-meter team was 12^th in 5:30.39.
