Lady Wildcats Finish in 14th Place at the Invitational of the South

The Trigg County girls’ track and field team brought home a pair of top-10 individual finishes at the Invitational of the South at Marshall County on Friday.

Alicia McGee was fifth in the 300-meter hurdles in 54.15 and was 16^th in the 100-meter dash in 13.76 seconds.

Alivia Norwood was ninth in the discus throw at 84-2 and 14^th in the shot put at 27-7.

Ella Dollison was 15^th in the 800-meter run in 3:01.52 and 19^th in the long jump at 12-9.

Brilee Higgins was 15^th in the long jump at 13-4.75, 28^th in the 200 meters in 31.59, and 33^rd in the 400 meters in 1:17.93.

Allayah Hargrove was 23^rd in the discus throw at 63-1 and 25^th in the 800-meter run in 3:12.54.

Riley Taylor took 28^th place in the discus throw at 55-8 and 38^th in the shot put at 20-2.

Alana Perez was 42^nd in the shot put at 16-4.5.

Trigg County scored nine points and finished 14^th as a team.
