
The Fort Campbell boys’ track and field team brought home a fourth-place finish at the Invitational of the South on Friday at Marshall County.
As a team, Fort Campbell scored 64 points to finish behind Marshall County (114), McCracken County (97), and Paducah Tilghman (64)
Mateo Cerritos-Gatto came in fourth place in the 400-meter dash in 51.77 seconds.
Samuel Atoubi finished in fourth place in the 110-meter hurdles in 15.56 seconds and was fifth in the 300-meter hurdles in 43.90 seconds.
Andrew Bennett came in sixth place in the 800 meters in 2:08.98.
Eric Greene came in 10th place in the 200 meters in 23.84 seconds and 13th place in the 100-meter dash in 11.56 seconds.
Aiden Ward finished 11th in the 200-meter dash in 23.87 seconds.
Jayden Perry finished 12th in the 800-meter run in 2:13.29 and 14th in the 1600 meters in 5:06.58.
J.P. Perryman came in 15th place in the 100 meters in 11.59 seconds.

The 3200-meter relay team of Andrew Bennett, Ryker Kramer, Lincoln Wilbur, and Jayden Perry finished second in 8:47.99.
Greene, Cerritos-Gatto, Ward, and Samuel Atoubi came in third place in the 800 meters in 1:31.93.
In the field events, J.P. Perryman came in second place in the long jump at 19-11.5 and fifth place in the triple jump at 40-11.
Leaf Dewitt finished third in the high jump at 5-10 and fourth in the long jump at 19-7.
Seth Puraty came in seventh place in the pole vault at 8-6.
Jaeden Carolina came in ninth place in the discus throw at 126-3 and was 21st place in the shot put at 36-5.
Aiden Ward came in 16th place in the high jump at 5-2.
Levi Kruse finished in 16th place in the long jump at 18-3 and 20th in the triple jump at 34-3.5.
Antonio Rivera came in 21st place in the triple jump at 33-10.5 and was 33rd place in the shot put at 30-9 and 52nd place in the discus throw at 52-4.
