
The Christian County Lady Colonels came in eighth place at the Coach Johnson Memorial Track and Field Invitational hosted on Saturday at Fort Campbell.
As a team. Christian County totaled 28 points, which was eight behind seventh place Springfield, Tenn. and 1.5 points ahead of Trigg County.
Symeria Brown came in second place in the 400-meter dash in 1:05.98, just .46 seconds behind the winner, Fort Campbell’s Zyaziah Langley, who ran in another heat. Brown also finished ninth in the 200-meter dash in 28.78 seconds.
Aaliyah Bell came in fourth place in the 800-meter run in 2:49.25.
Aubree Cline finished eighth in the 1600-meter run in 7:48.59.
Alyssa Mase came in 10th place in the 1600-meter run in 9:27.63.
Jazmyn Rodriguez came in 10th place in the 100-meter dash in 14.16 seconds and 15th place in the 200 meters in 30.70 seconds.
Lilly Collins finished 12th in the 800 meters in 3:24.42.
Kanijaia Stewart was 14th in the 800-meter run in 3:51.55.
Jaseyonia Wilfong came in 18th place in the 400 meters in 1:21.35.
Kacsidy Quarles was 19th in the 100 meters in 14.71 seconds.
Shyla Haverstick came in 22nd place in the 400 meters in 1:25.77.
Adreyona Smith finished in 23rd place in the 200 meters in 32.05 seconds.
Annabell Hendershot came in 32nd place in the 100 meters in 17.74 seconds.
In the relays, the 1600-meter team finished fourth (4:58.03); the 800-meter team was fifth (1:58.79), and the 400-meter team finished eighth in 58.05 seconds.
In the field events, Olivia Jones was sixth in the discus throw at 66-9 and 14th in the shot put at 20-3.
Kaliyah Leavell finished 12th in the long jump at 12-8 and 18th in the discus throw at 52-5.5.
