Team wins for both the Dawson Springs Panthers and Lady Panthers Thursday afternoon as Hopkins County Central hosted the Jerry Womack Storm County Meet. The meet features track and field athletes from the public schools in Hopkins County.
In the girls’ meet, Dawson Springs won 8 of the 12 events to take first place with 54 points. Hopkins County Central finished second.
The boys’ competition saw the Panthers win six of the 12 events to score 50 points and take first place. Hopkins County Central was just three points behind in second place.
