This week’s Jersey Mike’s ‘Player of the Game’ for the week of April 14 is Christian County’s Eddie Davis. Eddie was selected based on his play and contribution to the Colonels’ big 8-3 8th District win over University Heights Academy on Friday night.
Davis finished the game going 2-3 with 4 RBIs and a run scored. He also came up with a two-out single that drove in a pair of runs during the five-run first inning where Christian County took control of the game.
The Jersey Mike’s ‘Player of the Game’ is selected each week from one of the five schools in Christian County (Christian County, Hopkinsville, University Heights, Christian County, and Fort Campbell) based on their performance in a big game or event for their team that week.
