The Lyon County tennis teams headed up the road to Webster County for 2nd Region action Tuesday. The Lyons picked up a split with the Trojans, while the Lady Trojans notched a big win over the Lady Lyons.
A light schedule for the guys as Lyon County and Webster County split two singles matches to even out at 1-1.
On the girls side, the Lady Trojans, led by defending girls’ regional champion Sara Welshans, rolled to a 6-0 win. Webster County won all four singles matches and the two doubles matches that were played.
