With Thursday’s game against Union County tied 5-5 in the bottom of the sixth inning, Caldwell County’s Ari Wells untied the score in a big win.
Wells’ blasted the ball over the right-field scoreboard at the VFW Ballpark in Princeton for a two-run home run, and Caldwell went on to defeat Union 9-6.
