The Caldwell County Lady Tiger tennis team picked up a 5-2 win over Hopkinsville on Monday at the CCHS courts in Princeton.
In singles:
Ella Johnson (CC) defeated Chiani Leak 6-1, 6-1
Evelyn Bongart (H) def. Addison Robinson 8-4
Paisley Hooks (CC) def. Callie Loden 8-0
Makenzie French (CC) def. Courtney Scott 8-5
Lia Beckham (H) def. Addi Hopper 8-3.
In doubles:
Jayden Lamb and Paysen Menser (CC) def. Eliza Renshaw and Bongart 8-0, 8-2
Courtney Kinslow and Marley Harper (CC) def. Loden and Scott 7-4.
Hopkinsville does not have a boys’ tennis team.
Caldwell County will host Lyon County on Tuesday for Senior Day.
