Keyshun Teal’s two first-place finishes led the way for Hopkinsville over the weekend at the Great Gator Invitational hosted by Greenwood High School in Bowling Green.
Teal finished first in the 110 meter Hurdles with a time of 15.46. That placed him just ahead of his teammate Elijah Reid, who registered a time of 15.75.
Teal also won the Boys 300 meter Hurdles with a time of 42.10. Darrior Wells, of Greenwood was second at 42.26.
The other Top 5 finish for the Tigers at Greenwood was Savoir Davis taking 5th place in the Boys 800 meter Run.
The Tigers finished in 6th place in the team competition.
For the Lady Tigers, the day saw a handful of Top 5 finishes, those included:
Girls 300 meter Hurdles – Kaniya Jackson – 5th place
Girls 3200 meter Run – Lauren Mayes – 4th place
Girls 4×400 Meter Relay – 4th place
The Lady Tigers ended up in 10th place for the day.
