Jersey Mike’s ‘Player of the Game’ – Keyshun Teal (Week of April 21)

This week’s Jersey Mike’s ‘Player of the Game’ for the week of April 21 is Hopkinsville’s Keyshun Teal. Keyshun was selected based on his outstanding performance for the Tiger track and field team over the weekend at the Great Gator Invitational track and field meet, which was hosted by Greenwood High School in Bowling Gree.

Keyshun had two first-place finishes to lead the way for Hopkinsville at the invitational.

He finished first in the 110 meter Hurdles with a time of 15.46. That placed him just ahead of his teammate Elijah Reid, who registered a time of 15.75.

Keyshun also won the Boys 300 meter Hurdles with a time of 42.10. Darrior Wells, of Greenwood was second at 42.26.

The Jersey Mike’s ‘Player of the Game’ is selected each week from one of the five schools in Christian County (Christian County, Hopkinsville, University Heights, Christian County, and Fort Campbell) based on their performance in a big game or event for their team that week.
