Lyon County senior Eli Baker had a big night at the plate in the Lyons’ 10-0 victory over Caldwell County on Thursday.
Baker slammed a pair of home runs – and had a double that hit off the fence – going 3-for-3 at the plate with four runs batted in and four runs scored.
His two-run shot to center in the sixth inning ended the game on the mercy rule.
The win was Lyon’s fifth straight and improved the Lyons to 13-5.
