
A three-sport standout at Caldwell County, Brylee Butts has been named the 2024-2025 2nd Region Athletic Directors Association Female Athlete Of The Year.
Butts has been an all-region performer in volleyball, basketball and softball.
Butts had a team-high 270 kills and 42 blocks for the Lady Tiger volleyball team last fall as the squad went 19-10 and won the 7th District championship before reaching the semifinals of the 2nd Region tournament.
Butts averaged 10.8 points a game for the Caldwell basketball team, which finished 10-16.
On the softball diamond, Butts is hitting .431 this spring with five home runs, 33 runs batted in and 12 stolen bases for a Lady Tiger team that is 10-11.
Butts will continue her softball career at the University of Memphis.
